A note about children
Please note: children aren’t able to come into the clinic, including our waiting area. We’re a small medical clinic and aren’t set up to supervise children during appointments. Our treatments also involve medical equipment and need our full attention. Please arrange childcare before your visit. Thank you for understanding.
We treat adults aged 18 and over. You’re welcome to bring an adult support person if you would like to.

That’s completely normal. You can book a consultation and tell Dr Alex what you’ve noticed, what you’d like help with and any questions you have.
If you’re unsure which appointment to choose, contact the team and we’ll help you find the right starting point.

£75
Your consultation with Dr Alex costs £75. If you choose to have treatment within 3 months, you can put the fee towards it, including at a later appointment.
If you decide not to have treatment, the fee covers your consultation. It cannot be used towards skincare products.

What happens at a consultation?
There’s no need to have the right words or arrive with a treatment plan. We’ll start with what matters to you.

Talk it through
Tell Dr Alex what you’ve noticed, what you’d like to change and what you’re hoping to achieve. You can ask anything, including whether treatment is worth doing at all.

A proper assessment
Dr Alex will discuss your health and any previous treatments, and examine the area you’re concerned about. He’ll explain which options may be suitable for you.

Decide at your pace
You’ll talk through the likely results, risks, recovery and cost. You can take time to think, and Dr Alex may recommend a different approach or no treatment.

Can treatment happen on the day?
Sometimes. It depends on the treatment, the time available and whether it’s appropriate for you. There’s no expectation to decide on the day.
If you’re hoping for treatment at the same visit, let us know when you book, or choose a consultation marked “WITH treatment” online.

A few things to bring
It helps to have details of your medicines, any previous treatments and any questions you’d like to ask. Don’t worry if you don’t know every detail; we can talk it through together.
You can bring an adult support person if that would help you feel more comfortable.
