What you notice
A few changes that seem to have arrived together
You may know how you'd like to look without knowing which area to start with.
The practical details
Full-face filler at a glance
The areas and amount are agreed after Dr Alex has examined you. Treatment can be planned in stages.
The change you can see
Fresher cheeks, softer folds and better balance
Treating a few connected areas can improve how your face looks as a whole.
Restoring flatter cheeks can soften the shadows beneath your eyes and, in some faces, the folds beside your nose. A change to the chin or jawline may improve the outline lower down. Which combination helps depends on what has changed in your face.
You may mainly want to regain a shape you miss. Or you'd like stronger definition, better proportions, or a more masculine or feminine appearance. Dr Alex will discuss those aims together, including the features you already like.
The aim is a result that works from the front, in profile and when you smile. Not every area needs the same amount of change.

Would this suit you?
When looking at several areas makes sense
Full-face treatment may be useful when your concerns overlap, or treating one area could affect how another looks.
The limits of filler
It will not do the job of a surgical facelift
Filler adds volume and changes shape. It doesn't remove excess skin, get rid of facial fat or reliably lift heavy jowls. Trying to fill away significant sagging can make the face look heavier.
If wrinkles, pigmentation or loose skin are the main concern, Dr Alex will explain whether Botox, skin treatment or a surgical opinion would help more.
How it works
Treating the face as a whole
Hyaluronic acid filler is a gel that adds volume beneath the skin. Where it is placed changes which hollows, folds or contours improve.
As the face ages, changes in fat, bone and skin can alter several features at once. The cheek may flatten while the fold below becomes more obvious; a dip beside the chin may make a small jowl stand out.
Filler can replace some lost volume or add definition where it would improve the shape. Dr Alex considers the neighbouring features together, so the recommendation addresses the cause of what you see as well as the line or hollow itself.
Different areas may need different gels and techniques. There is no fixed number of injection points or syringes that is right for every face.

Tell Dr Alex what you'd like to improve, what you want to keep and how noticeable a change you have in mind.

Why Dr Alex
Why choose Dr Alex for full-face rejuvenation?
Dr Alex teaches doctors, dentists and nurses across several filler ranges and is currently a trainer for Evolus's Estyme fillers. He's also helped launch Estyme and Aliaxin LV in the UK.
He'll look at your face with you and explain which changes he thinks would make the most difference. That may mean treating a cheek before a fold, or improving the chin rather than adding more along the whole jaw. You should understand why each area is in the recommendation.
He also wants to know what you like about your face. A strong jaw, a narrow face or a particular lip shape may be something you want to keep. A treatment list shouldn't quietly make that decision for you.

Safety and recovery
What to expect after several areas are treated
Tenderness, bruising and swelling can occur. Lips and the area around the eyes may show swelling more noticeably.
Possible side effects
Possible problems include lumps, unevenness, persistent swelling, infection and delayed inflammatory reactions. Existing filler needs assessing before more is added.
An uncommon but serious risk is a blocked blood vessel, which can damage skin and, rarely, cause permanent sight loss or a stroke. The risks vary with the areas treated, and Dr Alex will explain those relevant to your recommendation.
When to get urgent help
Contact SONÜ immediately if you develop unusual or increasing pain, pale skin, or a dusky or mottled colour around the treated area. Don't wait for a routine review. If you can't reach the clinic, seek urgent medical care.
Any change in vision, sudden weakness or difficulty speaking needs emergency medical help. Call 999 and tell them you've recently had dermal filler.
When treatment should wait
Filler is avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding and where there is active infection or inflamed skin. Tell Dr Alex about allergies, medicines, medical conditions, previous reactions and recent or planned dental work. These can affect suitability and timing.
You can take time to think about the recommendation before deciding.
Treatment costs
How much does full-face rejuvenation cost?
Treatment starts from £400 for the first 1 ml. We’ll agree the amount, areas and total cost with you before treatment.
