Free street parking (up to 2 hours) is available in the immediate vicinity outside the clinic on Hale Road (however, this may be full at peak times). Please don’t park on Brown Street as this is residents only, and you may get a parking fine.

There’s also a car park on Brown Street which is only 90 seconds walk from clinic – postcode WA14 2ET. It’s pay and display. There are some EV chargers here if you have an electric car and need a top-up!

You can also park in Sainsbury’s car park free of charge up to 2 hours for customers. We are about a 3-4 minute walk from Sainsbury’s (park on the left as you enter as this is nearer the clinic).

Hale Train Station is at the bottom of the road, less than 5 minutes walk from the clinic.

Altrincham Interchange (trains / trams / buses) is a 12 minute walk from clinic, and there is a bus stop directly opposite if arriving by bus via routes 88, 283, X5.

For our international patients flying in – we’re only a 10 minute taxi ride from Manchester Airport.

Common questions

The practical bits

What to book, whether treatment may be possible on the day, and how to reach us if you need help afterwards

I'm not sure what to book. What should I choose?

You don’t need to guess. Tell us what you have noticed, what you would like help with and anything you are unsure about. We can point you towards the most appropriate consultation. Sometimes the sensible answer is a different treatment – or no treatment at all.

Sometimes, depending on the treatment, the time available and whether it is clinically appropriate. There is no expectation to decide on the day, and we will not squeeze treatment into an appointment if it deserves more time. If you are hoping for same-day treatment, let us know when you book, or book “Consultation + Treatment” when booking online.

Yes. WhatsApp is usually the easiest way. Please send clear, unfiltered photographs in good natural light, along with a brief explanation of what you would like us to look at. Photographs can help us guide you towards the right appointment, but they cannot replace a proper clinical assessment.

Each treatment page explains its prices and what’s included. For the full list and appointment availability, open our booking system. If your plan involves several treatments, we’ll confirm the total at consultation before you decide.

We reply as soon as we can during clinic opening hours (often within an hour). Our clinical team are usually with with patients during working hours, so replies needing their input are not always immediate. For an urgent enquiry, you’re best off giving us a call.

Fortunately, true complications after non-surgical treatments are extremely rare. However, even some bruises or swelling can look a little scary at times, so we’re always happy to take a look and make sure everything is going as planned.

If you have been treated at SONÜ, use the aftercare contact details provided at your appointment. For anything urgent, use the telephone route given in your aftercare information rather than relying on the general enquiry form or social media.

If you’ve been treated elsewhere, we usually advise getting in touch with your original treatment provider – but if you wanted a review/second opinion with our team instead, get in touch. However – if you are seriously unwell or believe it may be a medical emergency, call 999.
