If you need information in a different format, let us know what you need so we can discuss a suitable option.
Before you visit
Our clinic is at 34 Hale Road, Hale, Altrincham, WA14 2EX. There is one small step at the entrance and no ramp at present, so the entrance is not step-free.
All treatment rooms are on the ground floor. The treatment rooms and accessible toilet can accommodate wheelchair users, but please contact us before booking to discuss getting through the entrance.
There is on-street parking on Hale Road immediately outside the clinic. Spaces are subject to availability.
Report a problem
It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. You do not need to include medical information to report a website problem.
Website accessibility review
We are checking the website before launch, including keyboard navigation, readable text and layouts on smaller screens. If you find something difficult to use, please tell us. A full accessibility assessment has not yet been completed, so this page does not claim conformance with an accessibility standard.
Time and communication
We allow extra appointment time as standard. Our forms are digital, so you can enlarge them on your device. You are welcome to bring an adult support person.
If you need help communicating, please contact us before booking so we can discuss what would help. We need to be sure you can understand the consultation and make your own decisions about treatment.
