Your consultation with Dr Alex
A consultation costs £75. If you choose to have treatment within 3 months, you can put this fee towards it, including at a later appointment. It cannot be used towards skincare products. If you decide not to have treatment, the fee covers your consultation.
A consultation is a chance to discuss what you want to change and whether treatment could help. It does not commit you to having a procedure. Dr Alex may recommend a different approach or advise against treatment.
Treatment plans and prices
Before you decide, Dr Alex will explain the proposed treatment, likely improvement, risks, recovery and full cost. A course price and a single-session price cover different amounts of treatment; check the areas and number of sessions included in your plan.
Results vary from person to person. Information and photographs on this website do not guarantee a particular result.
Review appointments
We will explain what follow-up is included before treatment. Some reviews require a £75 attendance payment, which is refunded when you attend. We will tell you when this applies. It is separate from the consultation fee.
If your appointment plans change
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you give less notice or do not attend, your £75 booking fee is not refunded.
If we cancel your appointment, we will offer to reschedule or refund your payment.

Your rights
Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing on this page removes your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Paying for treatment
Payment for treatment is due immediately after the procedure. If Dr Alex finds that treatment is unsuitable, the consultation fee still covers the time spent assessing and advising you.
Adults only
We treat adults aged 18 and over. Children are not allowed in the clinic, so please arrange childcare before your appointment.
Treatment packages
Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be transferred to someone else. We will confirm the sessions included and the expiry date before you pay.
If a refund is needed, we deduct the full individual price of the treatments you have already had from the amount you paid for the package, then refund the remaining balance.
If you need to pause treatment for medical reasons, we will allow a reasonable extension. Please contact us as soon as you can. We will agree a revised expiry date with you based on the time you are unable to have treatment.
We normally ask for brief supporting evidence from your GP or treating clinician. An existing letter may be enough; you do not need to send your full medical record. If Dr Alex already has enough information, we will not ask you to obtain another letter.
If we cannot provide the remaining treatment, or you become medically unable to continue, please contact us so we can review the unused sessions with you. This refund policy does not limit your statutory rights, including where we have not provided a service with reasonable care and skill.
